Pholus offers discreet, no-cost triage conversations to clarify urgency, risk, and immediate next steps. These engagements may precede formal onboarding and are suitable for clients seeking early support while internal decisions or approvals are still underway.
Short- to medium-term engagements structured around defined scopes and deliverables. These may include risk mapping, market assessments, recovery strategies, or communications frameworks. Projects are billed by milestone or phase and include senior advisory involvement from start to finish.
Ongoing support that combines standing availability with active problem-solving. Retainers are appropriate for organizations navigating sensitive environments, leadership transitions, or evolving risk. Engagements include structured touchpoints, on-demand input, and continuity of insight across unpredictable or complex operational cycles.
Pholus may serve in a formal board or board observer capacity when organizational governance, external trust, or decision support require sustained involvement. These engagements are highly selective and contingent on alignment in mission, structure, and ethical commitments.

Pholus prefers payment via ACH or wire transfer, which ensures speed, traceability, and security. We do not accept credit card payments or physical checks under any circumstances.
For project-based engagements, invoices are due upon receipt. For continuing advisory retainers or multi-phase consulting work, standard terms are net 15 unless otherwise specified in writing.
Work for new clients or project-based engagements will not commence until the initial payment has been received. This protects both parties and establishes financial clarity from the outset. All documentation is issued digitally.
All invoices will clearly reflect the mutually agreed scope of work, deliverables, and payment schedule. Payment details are only shared after mutual intent has been confirmed.
Pholus does not work with all organizations and reserves the right to vet prospective clients before onboarding.
